Yoga + Barre

This class will elevate your yoga practice with a fusion of pilates and ballet inspired movements. It is a whole body workout that strengthens your core and posture, while helping to restore balance to your life - on and off the mat. Breath work is key and will help you build awareness and honor your body, whether that means going deeper into the poses or taking appropriate modifications. It is also a low-impact class that is appropriate for all fitness levels. Come as you are and leave feeling strengthened, centered, uplifted and restored.
